THE Program features
This program is designed to introduce your own form of communication and understanding to the plant world.
I am here as a guide to remind your being how attuned we are to the Earth and the Earth's wisdom via our Plantcestors.
In an age of so much conflict and too much information. I am finding more and more that sitting quietly with the plants brings forth medicine and answers that no technology can compare to.
If you feel the call, come chat with me to discuss if this program makes sense for your body.

This is the relationship with our longevity and ancestry. This program will touch upon herbs and traditional Chinese philosophy around the concepts of longevity and ancestors. We will also tap into our inherited birthright to be deep in communion with the plant world.
Jing

This is our radiance, the merging of all the elements sparking aliveness in all of creation. We will tune into the Qi of each and every plant, as well as our own Qi and find the merging, the relationship between our own Qi and the Qi of the plants.
Qi

Shen is our Spirit, anchored in our Hearts. This mentorship will teach us the power of utilizing plants to heal the spirit. We will also tap into, meditate, and move through particular plants in a way to deeply connect with their spirit, and them to ours.

Rooted in the 3 Treasures of Chinese Medicine

High accolades for Nadia’s mentorship. She is a gifted guide and teacher. Anyone would be lucky to be under her wings. I joined this program to dive deeper into plant medicine and through the work we have done together I feel like my inner life has been transformed. Because I have been so moved by the work that we have done I have also decided to join her plant club. Incredibly grateful to be in her space and to walk this sacred path together.
LISA ORMSBY
The choice to invest in my own well-being through Nadia’s Herbalist Mentorship will reap dividends for the rest of my life. My relationship to my body is blossoming. I am able to listen more intently to my needs & respond accordingly with these magnificent plant allies. I am extremely grateful for this transformational & sustainable container.
